Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about CAD Credits, requesting a design, minor tweaks and what counts as a new CAD request.
Does a complex job cost more than a simple one?
No. A credit is a credit. Whether the visual is straightforward or detailed, one CAD request always uses exactly one CAD Credit. There is no complexity pricing.
What's the largest pack I can buy?
The 10-credit pack at £249.90 is the best-value option and the largest pack. When you run low, simply top up with another pack.
How quickly will I get my visual?
Turnaround begins once payment has been received and the brief is complete. The more accurate and detailed the information is, the smoother and quicker the process will be.
Can I request changes once I've seen the CAD?
Yes. Reasonable minor tweaks to the same design are included, such as a small visual adjustment to an existing CAD. A new style, new layout or major change is treated as a new CAD request and uses another CAD Credit. See the Terms & Conditions for the detail.
How long are my credits valid?
CAD Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase unless stated otherwise. The validity period should be made clear before purchase.
What products can you visualise?
Conservatories, brick extensions, garden buildings, solid roofs and related home-improvement products. If you're unsure whether your job fits, just ask.
